Ljubljana, 13 June - Tomaz Toplak, the chairman of the state-owned fund KAD, tendered his resignation on Friday in a move that was widely expected after he apparently stepped out of line recently and voted to have himself appointed to the supervisory board of the conglomerate Sava.
