Politicians Praise Unity on Eve of National Day
Ljubljana, 24 June - Several ceremonies were held on Tuesday as the country gears up to celebrate National Day, which marks the day when Slovenia declared independence. Officials praised the unity that the nation showed back in 1991, but pointed to challenges still ahead.
