Krka Cleared of Patent Infringement in Norway

Oslo/Novo Mesto, 27 June - The Oslo District Court ruled that Slovenian pharma company Krka does not violate the patent of the US pharma company MSD for manufacturing losartan, a drug used mainly to treat high blood pressure, in Norway. The MSD still has the right to appeal, Krka said in a press release on Friday.
