Fuelled by Petrol, Inflation Hits 7%

Ljubljana, 30 June - Slovenia's annual inflation rate hit 7% in June for the first time since December 2002, according to data from the Statistics Office. Rising petrol prices have contributed the most the ongoing spike in the inflation rate, which has doubled in the past year.
