Trieste, 3 July - The premier of Italy's Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, Renzo Tondo, is promoting Italy's participation in the construction of a second reactor at the Krsko Nuclear Power Plant (NEK) in Slovenia, Slovenian minority paper Primorski dnevnik says on Thursday.
