Ljubljana, 3 July - Slovenian President Danilo Tuerk congratulated his Colombian counterpart Alvaro Uribe for the successful rescue of 15 hostages, including the Franco-Columbian politician Ingrid Betancourt, held captive by the leftist guerrilla organisation Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
