Vecer Pessimistic about Provinces

Maribor, 8 July - The decision by the coalition to push ahead with the legislation on provinces is logical and shrewd, but not necessarily sensible, Vecer writes on Tuesday, arguing that the move finally makes decentralisation a purely political project.
