Deputies Back Alternative Ways of Serving Penal Sentences

Ljubljana, 11 July - The National Assembly passed on Friday changes to the enforcement of penal sentences act, which decrease the administrative burden for prison employees and introduce among other things the possibility of house arrest, serving part of one's sentence through community service, and the provision of religious and spiritual care.
