Daily Says New EU Directive Will Make Slovenian Roads Cleaner

Ljubljana, 14 July - Daily Finance suggests in a commentary on Monday that the EU's new eurovignette directive will finally curb the pollution caused in Slovenia by an excessive presence of "dirty" heavy goods vehicles.
