Ljubljana, 15 July - Looking at the annual report of the Intelligence Oversight Commission, which dismisses the allegations that the Slovenian and Croatian prime ministers had plotted border incidents in 2004, Dnevnik says Tuesday that the report, which will be adopted by parliament today, raises several questions.
