Petrol Cleared to Acquire Croatian Oil Retailer

Zagreb, 15 July - The Croatian Competition Protection Office has approved Slovenian energy company Petrol's acquisition of the Rijeka-based fuel retailer Euro-Petrol. According to the competition watchdog, Petrol will not exceed a 10% share on Croatia's oil retail and wholesale market after completing the takeover.
