Slovenian Olympic Gold Winners to Get EUR 40,000

Ljubljana, 15 July - Slovenian athletes competing at the Beijing Olympics can look forward to lucrative rewards for their efforts, as the Olympic Committee and the state will give a combined EUR 39,350 to each gold medalist and EUR 30,400 to a silver medalist, while a bronze will be rewarded with EUR 21,450.
