Commission to Send Empty Ballots Only to Voters Outside Europe
Ljubljana, 22 July - The National Electoral Commission discussed on Tuesday the contentious rules for voting from abroad, deciding that for the upcoming general election, ballots not containing the names of candidates would only be sent to Slovenian voters outside Europe. Voters in European countries will be sent "proper" ballots.
