Minister Believes Provinces Bill Could Be Passed before Election
Ljubljana, 24 July - Local Government and Regional Affairs Minister, Ivan Zagar, believes parliament can pass the bill on the establishment of provinces before the 21 September general election if the parties keep their election promise from 2004 to strive for the decentralisation of the country.
