Ljubljana, 25 July - The Competition Protection Office (CPO) has turned down a request by financial firm Infond Holding to sell a 23% stake in Slovenia's top retailer, Mercator, to Austrian Raishop Holding, a subsidiary of investment firm Raiffeisen Investment, sources close to the matter told STA on Friday.
