Second Attempt to Give Judges, Prosecutors No-Trade Clause Fails

Ljubljana, 29 July - For the second time in less than two weeks a filibuster by the opposition prevented the parliament Tuesday from passing amendments to the attorneys act that would mandate a four-year no-trade provision for judges and prosecutors wanting to become lawyers.
