Delo Says Finance Minister's Record Mixed

Ljubljana, 31 July - Finance Minister Andrej Bajuk's announcement that the budget surplus will be bigger than originally expected is a positive surprise. But it is not a result of painful restructuring of spending, it is a consequence of extremely high borrowing abroad, Delo comments on Thursday, stressing that someone will have to pick up the tap.
