Palace Hotels Close to Ownership Transformation

Ljubljana, 6 April - HOTELS/PALACE/PRIVATIZATION
Slovene auditing agency (Agency for payments, supervision and information) wound up its work in the Palace Hotels company and draw up the last report which will serve as an addition to the programme on ownership transformation in this company. The company thus expects to be soon given the first stage approval for ownership transformation by the Agency of privatization and restructuring. The approval will enable the company to transform in terms of ownership the socially owned property in the amount of SIT 2.606 billion, the Palace Hotels company reported on Thursday.
