Rupel Concerned by Russian Buffer Zone Plan in Georgia

Bled, 31 August - Slovenian Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said he was concerned that the Russian proposal for the creation of a buffer zone around Ossetia and Abkhazia could present a "very serious problem for Georgia's territorial integrity".
