Ljubljana Daily Delo on Relations Between Slovenia and Italy

Ljubljana, 13 April - Slovene Foreign Ministry, concerned about the pressure inserted upon the Slovene national minority in Italy, invited Italian Ambassador to Ljubljana to discuss this issue at the ministry. Many will understand this as a new setback in the relations between the two countries, but this is far from the truth, writes the Ljubljana daily Delo on Thursday. The daily is convinced that this is not about "teasing Rome", but the principle orientation of the current Slovene foreign policy which is about to be proven also by decisive actions.
