Stock Market in the Clutches of Red October

Ljubljana, 11 October - The Slovenian financial market had probably the worst week in history. Like in the rest of the world the global financial crisis led to panicked selling, wiping out millions in shareholder value. The main index, the SBI 20, lost a whopping 16.7% (1,027 points) this week to close at a 27-month low of 5,116 points.
