Phare Democracy Programme in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 14 April - PHARE/DEMOCRACY/CONSUMERS/ASSOCIATION
Slovenia on Friday signed a contract on the Phare Democracy programme. The main objective of this one-year programme is to establish a net of counseling offices for consumers and an information system, which is later on to develop into a computer data base, said the President of the Consumers Association of Slovenia (ZPS), Breda Kutin.
