Publishers Delo and DZS Announce Takeover Bid for Terme Catez
Ljubljana, 4 November - Magazine publisher Delo prodaja and publisher DZS announced on Tuesday a takeover bid for the biggest Slovenian spa operator, Terme Catez. The bidders are offering 30 newly issued bonds of Delo prodaja for each share of Terme Catez.
