Slovenia Reserved About Lowering VAT Rate, Mulling Other Tax Cuts
Brussels, 2 December - Slovenia is not a proponent of lowering the value added tax rate, but its financial crisis measures package - expected to be worth around EUR 420m - would probably also include temporary cuts in some taxes, Finance Minister Franc Krizanic said after Tuesday's meeting of EU finance ministers in Brussels.
