Slovenian Muslims Pray for Mosque at Eid al-Adha Celebration

Ljubljana, 8 December - Slovenian Muslims held a prayer at the Kodeljevo sports hall on Monday to mark the beginning of the Muslim holiday Eid al-Adha, or the "Festival of Sacrifice". Slovenian Mufti Nedzad Grabus told the ceremony that by raising funds for the construction of a mosque, the Islamic Community had shown how strongly it wants a place of worship.
