Ljubljana, 26 April - Slovene Parliament on Tuesday refused to appoint Lojze Peterle, former foreign minister and president of the Slovene Christian Democrats (SKD), to the post of Head of Parliamentary Committee of Foreign relations, with 32 votes against and 27 for.
