Koper Court Orders Retrial of Koper Mayor

Koper, 29 December - The Koper Higher Court declared a mistrial in the case of Koper Mayor Boris Popovic, his wife Eva Popovic and sister Laura Ban, who were acquitted of all charges, including abuse of office, by the Koper District Court in autumn 2007.
