Export Banker Says Crisis Measures Depend on Foreign Borrowing

Ljubljana, 5 January - All envisaged activities of Slovenia's state export bank SID in mitigating the impact of the crisis depend on the opportunities for borrowing on the international financial markets, SID chairman Sibil Svilan told Monday's issue of daily Delo, adding that the majority of countries were shutting in and cared only about themselves.
