EU Urges Slovenia to Improve Cancer Diagnosis
Brussels, 22 January - The European Commission warned in a health report on Thursday that EU members implemented only half of the recommended measures to improve the success rate for cancer diagnosis. Slovenia's efforts to fight cervical cancer were good, however, the country has not yet started programmes for faster diagnosis of colon and breast cancer.
