Commission Reprimands Slovenia Over Energy Efficiency
Brussels, 29 January - Slovenia, along with 19 other EU member states, on Thursday received a second reprimand from the European Commission because it has failed to include into its national legislation the 2006 EU directive on energy end-use efficiency which demands a 10% reduction of end-use energy use by 2016.
