National Council President Defends Statements on Croatia
Ljubljana, 9 February - The president of the National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, has told STA in an interview that talks between Slovenia and Croatia are difficult in part because Slovenians have failed to develop enough self-respect after independence, whereas Croatians lack respect. He maintained that the situation was also connected to Croatia's history.
