Trade Gap Exceeds EUR 3BN in 2008
Ljubljana, 9 February - Slovenia's exports rose by 1.9% last year to EUR 19.77bn, while imports grew by 6.7% over 2007 to amount to EUR 22.94bn in 2008. The trade gap stood at EUR 3.16bn last year, according to the preliminary data reported by the Statistics Office on Monday.
