Maribor Records Above-Average Increase in Tourism
Maribor, 13 February - Slovenia's second largest city Maribor has recorded an above-average increase in the number of tourists who visited the city or skied on the slopes of Pohorje just outside the city limit in 2008. The increase of 5.9%, compared to 2007, is quite above national 2% average, according to Maribor Tourist Board boss Milan Razdevsek.
