Ljubljana, 16 February - What the communist regime in Yugoslavia feared most was the emergence of a social movement outside the party, as when the Slovenian Social Democratic Alliance (SDZS) was founded on 16 February 1989, Milan Zver of the Slovenian Democrats (SDS), the successors of the SDZS , said at a round table debate marking the party's anniversary.
