Daily Says Selfish Infighting Reason for NATO Referendum

Koper, 17 February - Daily Primorske novice says on Tuesday that the late ratification of Croatia's NATO accession in parliament has put Slovenia up against a brick wall. It is now forced to submit to conditions set by others and all it can do is try to create the impression that it is but a helpless victim.
