Minister Discusses Croatia's NATO Membership with US Defence Sec.

Krakow, 19 February - Defence Minister Ljubica Jelusic explained the snag that Croatia's NATO bid has hit in Slovenia to US Defence Secretary Robert Gates, whom she met at the informal NATO defence ministerial in Krakow, Poland, on Thursday. This is an important issue which has been "hanging in the air throughout this conference," Jelusic told STA.
