Zares Wants to Change Referendum Legislation

Ljubljana, 20 February - A junior coalition party is proposing changing referendum legislation so that it could no longer be abused for "political games". Zares officials told the press on Friday they merely wanted to open a debate on the issue, rather then exert pressure on preparations for a referendum on Croatia's membership of NATO.
