Petition for Referendum on Mosque Back in Hands of Mayor

Ljubljana, 3 March - The Administrative Court approved the appeal of Ljubljana councillor Mihael Jarc who sought recourse after Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Jankovic rejected his petition to allow collecting the 11,000 signatures necessary to call a referendum on the construction of a mosque in Ljubljana. Jankovic will have to decide on the petition again, Jarc said.
