Father Claims Authorities Responsible for Sezana Child Deaths

Koper/Sežana, 1 April - The father of two small children who were allegedly murdered by their mother in the town of Sezana on Saturday has proposed to the police to investigate the responsibility of the psychiatrist who formed the opinion about his estranged wife and the social services.
