Insurer Triglav Gets New Supervisory Board

Ljubljana, 6 April - The shareholders of Zavarovalnica Triglav on Monday appointed six new members of the insurer's nine-strong supervisory board whose four-year terms have expired. The shareholders backed the proposal of state-owned funds KAD and SOD, which hold a combined 62.6% in the country's biggest insurance company.
