Ljubljana, 22 April - Slovenian environmental NGO Focus marked World Earth Day on Wednesday by handing the Economy Ministry Energy Directorate an alternative proposal for an even greener paper for the national energy programme, stressing the importance of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.
