Kacin Believes Serbia Key to EU Integration of Western Balkans

Ljubljana, 7 May - MEP Jelko Kacin spoke in Ljubljana on Thursday about the EU membership prospects of Western Balkan countries, stressing among other things that Serbia influenced the progress of the entire region in an important way.
