Ljubljana, 15 May - The National Council, the upper chamber of parliament, discussed on Friday Slovenia's amendments to the latest European Commission proposal for the Slovenian-Croatian border dispute, accepting them with concern and interpreting them as a "minimum set of requirements for Slovenia".
