Prices of Second-Hand Apartments Down 9% in Q1

Ljubljana, 15 May - Prices of second-hand apartments dropped by 9% in the first quarter of 2009 compared to the same period last year, while the number of sold second-hand flats has halved over the last 12 months, the Surveying and Mapping Authority said in a report on Friday.
