Ljubljana, 18 May - The 25th annual Druga godba music festival will open on Monday evening at the Cankarjev dom arts centre with the performance of African mandingo blues singer Victor Beme, followed by a double bill at Ljubljana's open air venue Krizanke, dedicated to Belgian singer-songwriter Jacques Brel.
