Minister Demands Shareholders' Meeting at Luka Koper
Ljubljana, 21 May - Transport Minister Patrick Vlacic said after the cabinet's regular meeting on Thursday that unless the troubled port operator Luka Koper called an extraordinary shareholders' meeting to change the company's supervisory board soon, he would demand a court order.
