Major Motorway Lawsuit Against State Ends in Settlement

Ljubljana, 22 May - The state has decided to pay some EUR 14m in damages to almost 2,100 persons in what was one of the biggest actions against the state, Justice Minister Ales Zalar said at a press conference on Friday. The suits were filed on account of high levels of noise pollution along a road leading to the border crossing Dolga vas (NE).
