Slovenia Takes European Commission to Court Over Farm Funds
Brussels, 25 May - Slovenia filed its first lawsuit against the European Commission last week, Agriculture Minister Milan Pogacnik said on Monday. He confirmed that Slovenia was opposing the EUR 1.5m fine imposed on the country because of its failure to use appropriate measurement techniques in determining the size of farm plots in 2004 and 2005.
