MPs Pass Changes to Company Act

Ljubljana, 27 May - The National Assembly has passed amendments to the companies act which introduce a number of provisions regarding remunerations to company managements and supervisors. The changes also transpose into Slovenian legislation the EU directive on exercise of rights of shareholders in listed companies.
