Surveys Confirm SDS Lead in Euro Vote

Ljubljana, 30 May - Two public opinion polls, released on Saturday by dailies Dnevnik and Delo, put the opposition Democrats (SDS) firmly in the lead ahead of the June elections to the European Parliament. A third poll, carried by daily Vecer, on the other hand found the Social Democrat (SD) slightly ahead of the SDS.
